CMMA began a Dale Carnegie training for the Executive Roundtable leadership yesterday, April 5, 2022. The goal is to provide the Executive Leaders with insight and tools to support the continued development of their team members.
Yesterday’s training topic: Strengthening Trust & Building Relationships through Culture. This is the first of 4 sessions. Training to come includes topics to create willing cooperation, collaboration, and increased engagement of teams, coaching and developing others to maximize production and performance, and selling change.
It was an engaging morning of discussion, followed by a plant tour of Avalon & Tahoe.
