FOCUS

The focus of this group is to continue to build HR participation from HR constituents across Mid Michigan manufacturing organizations. This group finds value in the sharing of questions, thoughts, ideas, and best practices during our time together. We recently created a listserv to enable further conversations between our meetings and gain insight from one another.

The HR SIG group utilizes programs from the MMTC and Mid Michigan College to assist in internal succession planning and education of employees. Such programs/classes include: supervisory skills, communication, leadership, coaching/mentoring, difficult conversations, plus more! Stay tuned as programs/classes will be posted as available.
