MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Membership fees are yearly (April 1st – March 31st) and vary depending on the type and size of your company. For questions, please contact Harry Leaver at 989.317.4605 or hleaver@centralmichiganmanufacturers.org.

Company Contacts (listed halfway down the form): Only the senior executive will be listed in the Member Directory. All others will be included in the CMMA database and will receive all emails, newsletters, and announcements. They will also receive correspondence from Special Interest Groups (SIGs) pertinent to their area of focus. (Please provide information on as many of these positions as you can).

Note: All new applications must be approved by the board. Should there be any concerns or issues, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
